US Market Portfolio – April 2015
As they say, the world is your oyster – in this case, it literally was a shell for me, as I liquidated my positions on BP, Penn West Energy and Linn Energy, and redirected those funds to buy Royal Dutch Shell, as it was recently in the news to buy BG Group. Share price dropped down back to near it’s 52-week low in December 2014, so I decided to cash out, making roughly $87+ SGD, which was reinvested with Shell. I have also placed a “deposit” with Berkshire Hathaway, and averaged down on Breitburn Energy Partners.
